We were on our way to Nashville from NY and our car broke down in Kingsport. We tried calling AAA but they left us there over 24 hours. So we called a local company Kingsport Towing - they were professional; showed up on our agreed upon time! The driver Steve was awesome! He was friendly, accommodating and make us feel at ease. We knew we had made the right choice contacting them. If you use Kingsport Towing you MUST ask for Steve. Thank you Steve & company!

I had to call for service and get my vehicle towed. It was Labor Day so one I wasn't sure how long it would take for someone the get to me. Well, the gentleman got out there in less than 15 mins got my car up on rollback and to my house in just little time. He had no problem going up my steep driveway and got vehicle just where I wanted. We were traveling from TN to go back home in our class C RV when we hit a bad curb and decimated one of our tires. We called a number that we thought was sending us to Kingsport, but waited 2 hours and realized it was not them. I called the local number and spoke to Sarah, who in turn sent Steve to us in less than 30 minutes. They’d already coordinated with a local shop to make sure our tire was in stock, and a little while later we’re back on the road. What was a devastating event on our trek back to Raleigh turned into such a relieving and positive experience. Sarah and Steve, you were our blessing in the middle of a dark tumultuous weekend.
