10/10 customer service and ability to get the job done

We were on our way to Nashville from NY and our car broke down in Kingsport. We tried calling AAA but they left us there over 24 hours. So we called a local company Kingsport Towing - they were professional; showed up on our agreed upon time! The driver Steve was awesome! He was friendly, accommodating and make us feel at ease. We knew we had made the right choice contacting them. If you use Kingsport Towing you MUST ask for Steve. Thank you Steve & company!

I had to call for service and get my vehicle towed. It was Labor Day so one I wasn't sure how long it would take for someone the get to me. Well, the gentleman got out there in less than 15 mins got my car up on rollback and to my house in just little time. He had no problem going up my steep driveway and got vehicle just where I wanted. Thanks Kingsport Towing for fast, friendly and excellent service. I would recommend you anytime!

We were traveling from TN to go back home in our class C RV when we hit a bad curb and decimated one of our tires. We called a number that we thought was sending us to Kingsport, but waited 2 hours and realized it was not them. I called the local number and spoke to Sarah, who in turn sent Steve to us in less than 30 minutes. They’d already coordinated with a local shop to make sure our tire was in stock, and a little while later we’re back on the road. What was a devastating event on our trek back to Raleigh turned into such a relieving and positive experience. Sarah and Steve, you were our blessing in the middle of a dark tumultuous weekend. Thank you soooooooo much!!!

The driver was nice and that goes a long way with anybody

Best choice in such a crappy situation. We were 6 hours from home and had a flat on the interstate at 5pm on a Sunday. My Pacifica did not come with a spare, nor have a place to store one, so we were desperate. It was drizzling rain and we had 2 children under 3 years old that were ready for a break from the car. A call to Kingsport Towing got me a friendly voice on the line that had a recommendation for a place to get a replacement tire (Walmart) on a Sunday afternoon, and a suggestion for a truck that might be able to accommodate both car seats. The other suggestion did not have the extended cab, so I called Kingsport back and got the tow on the way. An Uber arrived 15 minutes later and I loaded up the infant car seat and left for Walmart. My husband waited 10 more minutes for the tow truck to arrive. (25 minutes for the tow truck to get there…amazing!) He and the almost 3 year old rode with Steve and she was delighted. The Walmart crew stayed late to get our tire replaced. We were so very blessed by making this call to Kingsport Towing! It could have been an absolute disaster, but turned into only a 2.5 hour delay instead.

Quick service on a weekend. Friendly tech and reasonably priced. I would use them again.
